Professional and Client Services

Our Services teams provide a broad range of expertise and skills to assist Synergex customers and partners. The Professional Services team focuses on supporting Synergy/DE customers with product education, training, and customized services, while the Client Services team is focused on application services such as simple websites, Web platform applications (commerce and catalog), full application integration, and customized application development.

Marketing and Product Strategy

Synergex's Marketing department provides support with marketing strategy, programs, sales tools, and public relations geared towards making the Synergex presence and positioning known. Through interactions with customer and market needs, as well as the development team at Synergex, this team defines the Synergex product and services offerings.

Synergex's Product Development team is an integral part of the company's product planning and development process. Their role encompasses the traditional life-cycle approach to product development and the responsibility to understand the most modern and leading edge technologies and how they apply to Synergex products.
